As a Broker and leader in the Tri-City Life Underwriters, I prioritized building trust, strengthening relationships, and delivering personalized solutions that met each client’s unique needs. For me, it was never just about policies—it was about ensuring peace of mind and fostering long-term connections.

Venturing into Environmental Services with BOOTHE Environmental Technologies, I was driven by a clear mission: educating clients on the critical importance of clean, safe environments while fostering partnerships built on mutual respect. Launching and growing a business from the ground up came with challenges, but the relationships I built along the way made every step worthwhile.

One of my proudest accomplishments came at John Randolph Nursing Home, where I worked alongside an exceptional team to redefine housekeeping services. Together, we created an environment that prioritized health, improved staff morale, and elevated patient care standards. Earning a Superior Rating wasn’t just a professional milestone—it was a testament to our shared commitment to excellence.
